William Boyd Printing site sold for $1.3M - Business First of Columbus:

Ltd., an affiliate of Cos. in Clifton Park, closede on the $1.3 million purchase on June 3. Cass Hill intendz to convert theformer 1.3-acre industrialo site at 39-49 Sheridan Ave. into an office/retail/residentialo project. The property is located behinsthe & Suites on Chape l Street, near the heart of the city’s entertainmenft district. Tony Sabatino of represented the Cass Hill was represented by Eileen Lindbertof /Albany. Marc H. president of Cass Hill Development Cos., couldn’t be reachec for comment. Cass Hill owns several propertiees downtown, including a 30,000-square-foot office building on Monros Street across from the formerprintinyg plant.
Boyd Printing filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection inSeptembe 2005. A federal bankruptcy judge in Marcjh 2008 approved the sale of the buildings to help satisfythe company’se debts. Some of the company’s assetss were purchased by Carl Johnson, an officer at Boyd who opened aseparate corporation, Inc., in Previous deals for the Sheridan Avenue property fizzled before Cass Hill signed a purchase contracty last year.
