The groups will issue a request for qualificationsw and select a developer for Metro and county property alongtGeorgia Avenue, Veirs Mill Road and Ennalls Avenue. But the Bozzuto was unable to secur e financing for an office component over an existing Metro bus bayand Now, the county and WMATA are combiningh their holdings around the Metro statiob to attract a new developer.
