Rodgerss Builders also is the construction managee onthe university’s new, $50.r4 million Center City Building projecyt that is slated to open in the fall of 2011. A groundbreakinvg ceremony was held in April forthe 12-story, classroomn building at the corner of Ninth and Brevarrd streets in uptown Charlotte.
